- Number of hours required for each activity, including travel time if applicable.
- Satisfaction score when doing the activity alone (use a scale, e.g., 8/10, 5/10).
- Satisfaction score when doing the activity with a friend or loved one (use a similar scale).
Following this structured schedule provides a clearer picture of all the activities you enjoy. It includes detailed information on the time required and satisfaction levels, making it easier to decide on activities within the available time. Spending leisure time on things you enjoy is not only meaningful but is also integral to establishing a harmonious and enhanced quality of life.”
